This activity is not simply about building a bridge, it’s about teamwork and effective communication. In order to complete the project, the teams not only have to work together to complete their individual parts of cardboard bridge project, but also have to connect their different parts together, to form a bridge. A successful completed bridge should be strong enough to have all teams members to walk on it. The exciting finale, that always elicits cheers, is a terrific ending to a day or week of meetings.
